Following the release of his quadruple platinum-selling album The Defamation of Strickland Banks, the Brit Award-winning artist PLAN B (AKA Ben Drew) has today announced details of his forthcoming album iLL Manors, which is set for release through Atlantic Records on Monday, May 7th .

Plan B commented, `You could call iLL Manors bass-line, soul, hip-hop. The album has the lyrical depth of my first record but the musical composition is light years ahead as it`s informed by everything I`ve learnt in the last five years - writing, producing and playing with a live band. I feel I`m better than I`ve ever been.`

The album will be preceded by the theatrical release of the accompanying full length motion picture `iLL Manors`. The film will be released on Friday, May 4th and is written and directed by Plan B.
